This website does not cover all the clothing and accessories that we make. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask us. We happily do custom orders for clothing and chainmaille pieces.

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

Once your form has been received, We will contact you to review your request and ask additional questions. 

From this information, a detailed price quote is sent to you. If you have special due dates, please let us know at the time you place your order. Rush orders will be charged an additional fee.

PAYMENT:

A deposit equal to half the total order must accompany order for custom pieces. Upon approval of a sample muslin for a corset or other customize piece, the remaining balance due.  

For pieces in stock, payment is due at the time of your order.

Payment may be made by:

• check (Ohio customers only)
• Paypal (customer pays for fees)
• credit card via PayPal (paypal payments will recieve a payment request once order is confirmed by customer).  

After payment has been processed, we will notify you of the estimated completion date of your selection. Usually 4 to 6 weeks.

SHIPPING:

All packages of finished corsets are shipped USPS Priority Mail for delivery within the US and are fully insured. Other shipping arrangements can be made if desired. Shipping options are given with your quote.

RETURNS: 

At Blue Rose Corsetry, your satiisfaction with your purchase is a priority. And we are happy to work with you to repair a defect or address fit or construction concerns with your purchase.

All custom made pieces are non-retunable and non-refundable. This is for several reasons:

1. The piece was made to your specifications and will most likely not fit another person or meet their particular specifications. When you receive your muslin for fitting & approve the design & fit, your final payment is your approval to make the piece.
2. This prevents 'rentals' of custom made pieces. Some people will order a custom made piece for an event and return it one the event is over. This is unethical and will drive a small business like ours, out of business. 
3. Corsetry and other underpinnings are by definition 'underwear' and are non-returnable by law.

In stock items of non-customized / off-the-rack pieces can be returned if not in the 'underwear' category.
